Tracking ID for searches and InMail

Last updated: 1 year ago

When conducting a search or sending an InMail through LinkedIn Recruiter, you'll have to input text into the OFCCP Tracking ID field if your contract has Tracking ID for searches and InMail enabled. All users will be prompted to enter a tracking ID before they can execute a search or send an InMail from Recruiter on the desktop and Recruiter mobile app.

  • This ID is used to tag activity for internal tracking purposes and won’t be seen by the recipient.
  • This ID can be specific to the job requisition or any internal tracking language your company has in place.
  • It’ll be used by LinkedIn when pulling your team's activity if your company needs to submit a request for an activity report in the case of an OFCCP audit.
