Applicants can opt-in to share their full profile with the job poster every time they apply for a job. Companies can link their applicants directly back to their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from LinkedIn (for example, to a company website or job board) to finish the application process.
You'll be able to easily access the candidate's full profile on LinkedIn as you review applicants for a position.
To find applicants who've shared their profile with you:

Click Jobs at the top of your Recruiter homepage and click the title of the job you’d like to view applicants for.

On the Talent pool tab, click Apply starters. You can also see the number of applicants for your job on the Apply starters button.
The job poster and admins on the dashboard can send InMail messages to these applicants for free.
