Searching in LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite allows you to search for candidates based on your preferred role, location, or skill set, and you get relevant suggestions to help better target your search.

While we don’t currently offer the ability to sort search results in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite, you can add additional keywords or adjust filters to narrow your results.
You can view up to 1,000 of these results. You can refine these results further by using the filters on the left rail of the search results page.
Here's a tip
For Recruiter users, your search results will contain all members on LinkedIn, including those outside your own network, who fit your specific search criteria. You can contact any of those members, except for those that explicitly opted out of receiving InMail messages.
For Recruiter Lite and RPS users, your search results will contain members on LinkedIn who are your 1st-, 2nd- or 3rd-degree connections and fit your specific search criteria. You can contact any of those connections, except for those that explicitly opted out of receiving InMail messages. Out of network members will appear in your search results, but you won't be able to see their profile details or contact them with InMail.

Start with a general search and then use the filters to the left of your search results to refine it further.

Expand your search to include additional locations.

Reduce the number of Boolean operators such as AND, OR, and so on, in your search string.

Retype your search into Recruiter or Recruiter Lite. If you’ve copied and pasted the search string from another document, the system may not recognize the font of the copied string.
If your search results are still low after trying these troubleshooting suggestions, then contact customer support and submit a HAR (HTTP Archive) file, which is a JSON-formatted archive file for logging a web browser's interaction with a site.
