Last updated: 2 months ago

The LinkedIn Recruiter Jobs Report provides insights into job posting performance for you and your team.

All reports are in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC +0). Any activity can take up to 72 hours to appear in your reports.

Important to know

The report includes data up to 1 year before the current date. The amount spent in the Jobs report reflects all money spent across all orders for the contract.

The Apply rate and Completion rate metrics show benchmark data. The default industry benchmark selector shown in the Benchmark filter on the left rail is the same industry categorization as listed on your company's LinkedIn Career Page. It displays the industry benchmark selector for your company's industry sector. The company size benchmark defaults to all sizes. You can select a different industry or company size using the Benchmark filter. Only the Date range filter is supported by benchmarks.

Click the Application collection: dropdown at the top of the Jobs chart to see data from different sources, including All sources (total), All sources (unique), LinkedIn only (total), and ATS only (total).
