Generate reports in LinkedIn Recruiter to identify trends and opportunities regarding the usage of your contract.

Important to know

The Jobs report includes data up to 1 year before the current date. All other reports include data up to 2 years before the current date.

The available reports are:
  • Summary Report – Users' Recruiter utilization and performance, with tips and resources to improve performance

  • Pipeline Report – Data for individual projects and talent pipelines, allowing you to proactively identify trends for all stages in your hiring process

  • Usage Report – Usage metrics for all users on your contract based on the selected time period

  • InMail Report – InMail usage and performance insights for you and your team

  • Jobs Report – Job posting performance insights to help you improve your overall job strategy

  • Custom Report – Customizable reports based on users, projects, or applicants

  • Hiring Funnel – Data on how LinkedIn members interacted with paid LinkedIn solutions prior to applying for your jobs

  • ATS-Enabled Hiring Funnel – Data from the ATS bottom of funnel stages (from Applied to Hired), along with the Recruiter top of funnel stages (Aware, Engaged, and Considering)

  • ATS-Enabled Source – Data on your source of hire and the quantity and quality of candidates and hires from each source
