Once you’ve created a project in LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, you can search for or import candidates, then add them to your pipeline. This allows you to track and manage your candidates throughout the hiring process.

Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

Click the project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Click the Pipeline tab.

You can click the pipeline categories on the left side of the page to filter your candidate list.
To add a candidate to your pipeline from the search results in the Talent pool tab in a project:

Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

Click the project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

In the Talent pool tab, click Save to pipeline on the right side of the candidate’s profile card. The candidate will automatically be added to the first stage in your hiring process.

In the Talent pool tab, click the Applicants button at the top of your results.

In the Talent pool tab, click Save to pipeline on the right side of the candidate’s profile card. The candidate will automatically be added to the first stage in your hiring process.

Click the project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Click the Pipeline tab.

Locate the candidate in your pipeline. You can use the search bar at the top of the list to search by name, title, skill or country.

Click Change stage
on the right side of the candidate’s profile card. -
Select the new stage from the dropdown.

Sign in to the Recruiter mobile app.

Tap the Projects tab in the navigation bar.

Find the project title and tap the [#] in pipeline.

You can filter the candidates by pipeline categories.

Tap the Projects tab in the navigation bar

Tap Search results, Job applicants, or Recommended matches.

Tap the candidate’s profile.

Tap Save.

Tap the Projects tab in the navigation bar.

Find the project title and tap [#] in pipeline.

Tap the candidate’s profile.

Tap Move to….

Select the new stage.
