Recruiters can share candidate profiles for feedback from within LinkedIn Recruiter. When a recruiter requests you to provide feedback on a candidate, you'll receive an email notification so you can give feedback. The email notification is not sent immediately, so if a recruiter requests feedback for several candidates, you might receive a single notification email containing multiple requests. If you're not receiving LinkedIn emails, check your spam and junk folders.
-
You will receive an email from LinkedIn Hiring Manager (hm-noreply@linkedin.com) to the primary registered address listed on your LinkedIn account.
-
The email will direct you to LinkedIn to review the candidate profile and provide feedback on the user.
If you have a Hiring Manager license on a Recruiter contract, you can also provide feedback on candidates directly in a project.
To provide feedback on a candidate from an email notification:
-
Open the feedback request email.
-
Click the Give Feedback button found within the email.
- If you’re not logged in to your LinkedIn account, you’ll be directed to sign in.
-
