You can share a project with other users on your LinkedIn Recruiter contract. When you share a project, users can view your saved searches, jobs, and talent pipeline associated with the project. They can also save new profiles to the project and share it with more team members.
Here's a tip

Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter homepage.

Click the project title. If you need to find your project, you can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate it.

Click the Project settings tab.

Next to Project members, click Edit members.

Begin typing the person’s name and select the name from the dropdown. Be aware that users must be on your current Recruiter contract to be availble in the dropdown.

Select one of the following project permissions:
- Full Project Access – Can source and manage candidates for the project. Can message candidates, request feedback, add notes, and move candidates through the pipeline.
- Pipeline Only Access – Can manage candidates for this project. Can message applicants, request feedback, add notes, and move candidates through the pipeline.
- View Only Access – Can view candidates in the pipeline.

Click Invite.

Under Project members, click the
dropdown icon next to the user you’d like to remove and click Remove.

Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter homepage.

All projects you have access to will appear on the Projects page. You can use the search bar and the filters on the left to locate and sort projects.
