LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Hub have always maintained a limit on the amount of times a license can be reassigned, assigned, or parked (temporarily deactivated). Limits are based on the total number of Recruiter licenses you have available. For example, an organization with 5 Recruiter licenses can reassign, assign, or park licenses up to 5 times within 30 days.
The limits include:
-
Reassignment: the number of times an admin can move an active license from one user to another.
-
Assignment: The number of times an admin can assign a deactivated or unused license to a user.
-
Parking: The number of times an admin can temporarily remove a license.
Important to know
Keep in mind that the license action limits (Reassign, Assign, Park) are tracked separately from one another. Limits reset every 30 days from the organization’s contract start date and any unused reassignments, assignments, or parking actions don’t carry over to the next month.
If you reach your limit and need to purchase more licenses, please contact your LinkedIn Sales Representative.
