You can add up to 20 hidden fields to each Lead Gen Form.

Hidden fields can be added when creating a new Lead Gen Form template or when editing a saved Lead Gen Form. They can’t be added to an existing form that’s attached to a serving campaign.

The character limit for the field name and value is 250.

Lead Gen Forms may be created if the Ads account is associated with a LinkedIn Page. You can create Lead Gen Forms if you’re assigned the role of account manager or campaign manager on the Ads account in the Campaign Manager tool. Learn more about user roles and functions.
Lead Gen Forms can be created and attached to new campaigns when the Lead generation objective is selected during the campaign creation flow. -
If you use a specific marketing automation or CRM platform to manage your leads, you might be able to integrate your Lead Gen Forms with your marketing automation or CRM provider. This integration allows you to automatically leverage the platforms you already have set up.
If we don't support your marketing automation or CRM platform at this time, you can download a list of your leads as a CSV file in Campaign Manager and manually upload it to your database.

To enable more specific consent options, as of April 21, 2020, we no longer display a default consent checkbox on Lead Gen Forms to LinkedIn members based in the European Union (EU). You should add custom checkboxes to your Lead Gen Forms to collect consent from members. You have the option to use a custom checkbox for each distinct purpose.

Once you’ve launched a Lead generation campaign, you can download your leads and measure the impact of your campaign by viewing metrics like completion rate, cost per lead, and more.
To view lead performance data or ads associated with a lead gen form, you’ll need Viewer access or higher on the ad account. To download leads, you’ll need Viewer access on the ad account and one of the following Page roles:

Page admin (super admin, content admin, curator, or analyst)

If you edit your Lead Gen forms while in draft status, you must make changes to account, form, and field settings in your marketing automation or CRM platform to ensure new test leads sync successfully. Each CRM requires different actions to re-sync the forms.
