If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click
Assets on the left menu, then click Lead gen forms. -
Click the correct Lead Gen Form name.

Scroll down to view information for the selected Lead Gen Form. To exit the preview screen, click Back.

You can send test leads through Lead Gen Forms to ensure the data is captured and available in the Download Lead report. It's useful to test Lead Gen Forms when integrating them with your marketing automation or CRM provider to verify the integration process has been successful.
Note: You’ll need Viewer access or higher to send test leads in Campaign Manager. To download test leads, you’ll also need Page admin (super admin, content admin, curator, or analyst) or Lead Gen Forms Manager access on the LinkedIn Page associated with the ad account.

Lead Gen Forms may be created if the Ads account is associated with a LinkedIn Page. You can create Lead Gen Forms if you’re assigned the role of account manager or campaign manager on the Ads account in the Campaign Manager tool. Learn more about user roles and functions.
Lead Gen Forms can be created and attached to new campaigns when the Lead generation objective is selected during the campaign creation flow. -
Lead Gen Forms are templates that can be attached to a single image, carousel image, video, message, document, or conversation ad to collect information from the member if they click on the call-to-action button. The form is automatically filled with the member’s contact and profile information.

LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms make it easy for advertisers to collect quality leads using forms that are pre-filled with LinkedIn profile data.When a member clicks on the call-to-action button on a LinkedIn ad with an attached Lead Gen Form, the form is automatically filled with their contact and profile information. They can then submit their information to companies through the form without having to manually type it in.
