Permissions
You need to obtain the correct permissions for both Campaign Manager and your associated LinkedIn Page to post a video ad.

Maximum number of posts
Each member can post a maximum of 25 videos in 24 hours across both LinkedIn Pages and Campaign Manager. After 24 hours, you should be able to begin posting video ads again.
If more videos need to be sponsored before your limit renews, another Page admin or Campaign Manager admin can upload the videos.
Video length
If your video is longer than 15 seconds, you’ll see a note below your video that encourages you to shorten it. This is not an error and it doesn’t prevent the video from uploading; however, it’s a reminder that shorter videos tend to receive more completions.
Subtitle formatting
If you have trouble adding subtitles to your video, check the following:
- Each line of the subtitle is in order, starting with 1 and separated by a single line break.
- Time has been input as: When the first subtitle begins, “-->”, and the time it ends. For example: 00:00:01,870 --> 00:00:03,800.
- Timestamps are formatted as "hours:minutes:seconds,milliseconds."
- Timestamps are in chronological order.
