When you save a Lead Gen Form, it will be assigned a status in Campaign Manager. The status refers to whether an ad has been attached to the form, and if it’s been reviewed and approved to run as part of your campaign.
You can view the status of any saved Lead Gen Form in Campaign Manager. When viewing your saved forms, you can also view the ads associated with each form.
| Lead Gen Form status | Definition |
|---|---|
| Active | An ad has been attached to your Lead Gen Form and has been approved to run. |
| Archived | Your Lead Gen Form has been archived. Ads with archived Lead Gen Forms attached won’t run. |
| Inactive | Your Lead Gen Form has been created but hasn’t been attached to an ad in an active campaign. |
| In review | Your Lead Gen Form has been created, an ad has been attached, and it’s waiting to be reviewed. |
| Rejected | Your Lead Gen Form has been reviewed and rejected because it does not meet our Ads Policy. |
