Recruiter Lite users can view up to 2,000 unique candidate profiles per day. The limit resets at 00:00 UTC every day.
If a user reaches 90% of their daily profile view limit, the following message will appear at the top of the search results:
You’ve reached 90% of your daily profile view limit.
Once a user reaches their limit, the following error message will appear:
Sorry, you’ve reached your daily profile view limit.
Here's a tip
Profiles that have already been viewed that day can still be viewed after the limit has been reached. Only unique, new profiles will not be viewable, and will be displayed like the following example.
The following types of profile views will contribute to the daily profile view limit in Recruiter Lite:
- Search results from the global search bar or inside a project.
- Unique candidate profiles that appear in your list of search results will count toward the daily unique profile view limit.
- Direct profile views, from the slide-in profiles, and standalone profiles triggered from search.
Please note that the following scenarios do not contribute to your daily candidate profile view limit:
- Profiles already saved to the Pipeline of a Project.
- Applicants managed through Recruiter Lite.
- Views of previously viewed profiles on the same day.
- Recommended matches
- Similar profiles on slide-in or standalone profile
- Profiles opened from direct links (for example, from saved search alerts on email)
