LinkedIn Talent Hub admins can create and remove groups in the LinkedIn Admin Center under User & license management.
To remove a group:

To remove a group:
Sign in to Talent Hub.
Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Hub homepage and select Go to LinkedIn Admin Center from the dropdown.
Click the Groups tab.
Check the box next to each group you'd like to remove and click Remove group(s) in the bar that appears at the top of your list.
Click Remove group in the confirmation pop-up window.
