You can review and manage your LinkedIn job posts from the Jobs page.
To manage your posted jobs, click Jobs at the top of your Recruiter Lite homepage and select the title of the job post you’d like to manage.
From the job details page, you can access the Job post and the pipeline for the job you’ve selected.
- Job Post: Click the Job Post tab to view the job posting details, applicants, and how many views the posting has received. You can also attract more applicants by leveraging additional tools such as promoting your job, adding compensation details, or selecting provided benefits.
- Applicants: Click Applicants to view the candidates who have applied to your job. You can perform the following actions on each applicant:
- Save to pipeline: Save the applicant to the pipeline of your project, and select a specific stage to move them to (uncontacted, contacted, or replied).
- Reject: reject the applicant and choose to send them an auto-rejection message.
- Select the Inmail icon to send a message to the candidate.

More icon and perform the following actions:
- You can sort your applicants by:
- Screening Requirements
- Relevance
- Date applied
- Alphabetical
- Project Settings: Click the Project Settings tab to adjust your applicant settings such as filtering applicants outside of your country or who do not meet your screening qualifications, and whether to notify the applicant after their application has been viewed.
