You can choose to automatically share your full profile with the job poster every time you click Apply . These are job postings that route you away from the LinkedIn website (for example, to a company website or job board) to finish your application.
This means that the job poster will be able to easily access your complete profile on LinkedIn as they look through the applicants for a position.
There are two ways you can share your full profile with job posters and recruiters as they review job applicants.
Option One
To share your full profile with a job poster from the job details page:

Click on the job you wish to apply for, which will take you to the job details page.

Click Apply .

You'll notice a prompt that says Share your full profile with the job poster when you click apply. Switch the toggle to the right to turn this feature on.

Click Continue.
Important: Switch this toggle to the left if you don't wish to share your profile before you click Continue.
Option Two
To share your full profile with a job poster from the Settings & Privacy page:

Click the Me icon in the top right corner of your LinkedIn homepage.

Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown.

Click the Data Privacy tab at the top of the page.

Under the Job seeking preferences section, click Share your profile when you click Apply for a job.

Switch the toggle to On to share your profile with job posters.
- You can change your preferences and select Off at any time to disable sharing your profile with job posters when you click apply

Your changes will be saved automatically.
If you have the profile sharing setting turned on and you've been navigated away from LinkedIn after clicking Apply , then your profile will be immediately shared with the job poster of that job.
To unshare your profile with the job poster:

Navigate back to the jobs details page for the job you just applied to.

You'll see a banner that reads "Your profile was shared with the job poster. Undo."

Click Undo.

After you click Undo, you'll have the option to turn off this setting completely by clicking Adjust setting.

On the Preferences page, switch the toggle to the left under Share profile with job poster to turn this feature off.
To share your full profile with a job poster:

Tap your profile picture.

Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.

Tap the Privacy tab.

Tap Sharing your profile when you click apply.

Switch the toggle to Yes to share your profile with job posters when you're taken off LinkedIn to apply.
