Share job applicants with coworkers

If you’ve posted a job through your personal LinkedIn account, only you can view the applicants. However, you can forward applicant profiles to other 1st-degree connections of your company.

You can share applicant profile information by clicking View applicants in the Job overview page. Move your cursor over the applicant name, click Share, and enter the name of the coworker(s) you’d like to share the profile with.

You can share applicant profile information by clicking the View applicants button in the Job Information page.

To share a job applicant with a 1st-degree connection:
  1. Click the Jobs icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
  2. Click Manage job posts.
  3. Find the job you wish to access by clicking the Open tab and click the job title.

  4. Click View applicants and then click the applicant's name that you wish to view.

  5. In the top right of the applicant's application card, click Forward. A new message window will appear.

  6. Enter the name of the 1st-degree connection you'd like to send the applicant to.

  7. Press Send.

When you share an applicant with a coworker, your coworker cannot rate the applicants as you can. While your coworker can provide their review to you via message, they're unable to leave any notes on the applicant's profile.
