When you post a job on LinkedIn, you can select how you want to receive candidate information on the Receive qualified applicants page.
Important to know
Once you’ve selected an applicant collection method, it cannot be changed after posting your job.

You can provide an email address to receive email updates on how many applicants you have for your job post.

You can route candidates to an external website. Enter the URL of the specific application page or of your company's applicant tracking system where candidates can submit their information. Please note that if you're unable to use the External Apply feature, we're in the process of verifying your account. Please try again in 7 business days.
Important to know
All applicant information is stored on LinkedIn when you choose to receive applicants via email. Access to applicant information may be lost if the collection method is changed after the job is listed.
