You can display your profile on a job post by adding a #Hiring frame to your profile picture. You can find the Frames option when clicking on your profile picture. When you add the #Hiring frame to your profile picture, you can select a job post to be associated with your profile.
Your profile will now appear on the job details page under the "Meet the hiring team" section. Also, your network will be notified that you’re currently hiring for this role.
Note: If you opt out of having a hiring frame on your profile picture when posting a job, your profile will not be appear on the job details page.
When a candidate clicks the Apply button on your job posting, their application is sent directly to you or to the email address specified in the job posting. Your contact information and email address are not shown to candidates, regardless of the option chosen.
