You can save time when reviewing job applicants by automating portions of your hiring workflow. Before you rate or reject job applicants on LinkedIn, verify your automation settings.
By default, out-of-country applicants are tagged “Not a fit”. LinkedIn won’t send applicants automatic rejection messages unless you explicitly turn on the Send rejection emails feature.
To change your job post automation settings:

Click the
Jobs icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage. -
Click Manage job posts.

Click the
More icon next to the job title and select Manage job. -
Click Settings under your job title.

Toggle the setting of your preference On or Off.
Important to know
Applicants receive this message from LinkedIn three calendar days after they apply for the job. If you change your mind, change their rating before the message is sent.
