You can turn off member comments on posts you’ve shared either before or after sharing a post. If comments are turned off after you share a post, any existing comments on that post will not be deleted.
You can also limit who can comment on your post to your 1st-degree connections (connections only) both before and after sharing it. Once you select a comment preference on your post, it’ll be saved as your default option for future posts. You can change this setting before posting new content.
To turn off member comments on posts before you share:

Click Start a post at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

Click on your profile name dropdown.

Click Comment control.

No one. -
Click Save.
To turn off and turn back on member comments on a post you’ve shared:

Click the
More icon on the upper right of the post. -
Click
Who can comment on this post? from the dropdown. -
Select
No one in the Who can comment on your post? pop-up window. - To turn comments back on, click the
More icon, and then click Anyone or Connections only in the Who can comment on this post? pop-up window.

Tap the dropdown next to your profile photo in the upper-left corner.

Tap Done.
To turn off and turn back on member comments from a post you’ve shared:

Locate the post you want to edit.

More icon on the upper right of the post. -
Tap
Who can comment on this post?, then select No one. -
Tap Apply and confirm your selection.

More icon and tap Anyone or Connections only.
