You can leave a group at any time from your group page.
To leave a group:

Navigate to your Groups homepage.

Click the More icon to the right of the group name.

Click Leave this group.

Click Leave in the Leave this group pop-up window that appears.
To leave a group:

Navigate to your Groups homepage.

Tap the / More icon next to the group name.

Tap Leave this group.

Tap Leave in the Leave [Group Name] pop-up window that appears.
