Edit Company leaders on the Life tab or What We Do tab of your LinkedIn Page

If you've enhanced your LinkedIn Page with Career Pages, you can leverage the Company leaders section of your Life or What We Do tab to give candidates a preview of your Company's leadership team, along with links to their LinkedIn profiles. You can have up to four leaders highlighted on your Life or What We Do tab.

Here's a tip

Pages for companies, universities, colleges, and high schools will have a Life tab. Pages for search and staffing companies will have a What We Do tab.

Important to know

In order for you to add an individual as a leader to the Life tab, that person must meet the following criteria:

(a) Be an associated employee on your company LinkedIn Page

(b) Be a first-degree connection of the admin making the Life Page edits

(c) Have a featured profile on the LinkedIn Company Page and Representing your organizations and interests enabled

To update the Company leaders section on the Life or What We Do tab of your Page:

  1. Go to your Page super admin view.

  2. Click Life or What we do in the left menu.

  3. Click the title of the targeted audience page you want to update, or click Create new page.

  4. Edit your Company leaders section.
    • Headline and description text boxes - Enter your text in the associated text boxes.
    • Add company leader - Click Add company leader and enter their name in the search text box. Select the appropriate person when their name appears in the dropdown.
    • Replace an existing profile - Move your cursor over their profile card and click the Edit icon. Enter the new person's name in the search text box and select their profile from the dropdown.
    • Remove a leader - Move your cursor over their profile card and click the Delete icon.
      Note: Removing someone from the Company leaders section won't affect their LinkedIn profile.
    • Visibility - To change the visibility, turn on or turn off the Section Hidden toggle to the right of the Company leaders section.
  5. Click Cancel, Preview, Save, or Publish in the upper-right corner.

    • If you don't want to publish the edits you've made, click Save to keep the changes as a draft or Cancel to discard the changes.
    • If you leave this page before publishing, you'll be prompted to either Discard edits or Save draft.

Important to know

To enable the Representing your organizations and interests feature, go to https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/data-visibility or navigate to Settings & Privacy > Visibility and enable Representing your organizations and interests.
