LinkedIn Sales Insights is focused on helping Sales Operations and Data teams do smarter sales planning and enrich accounts in the CRM. Simply put, Sales Navigator is for Sellers and Sales Insights is for Sales Operations.
We believe that Sales Navigator is uniquely positioned to provide a simpler, smarter, and faster experience for sellers, powered by LinkedIn's unique data and AI. We will continue to invest in Sales Navigator as the best way to harness this data, by building new features, functionality, and enhancements which continue to help sellers to find and have high quality conversations with the people that matter.
Product Access
On December 31, 2024 we plan to discontinue service of LinkedIn Sales Insights. This change will have no impact on Sales Navigator or any other LinkedIn products.
LinkedIn Sales Insights is planned to be discontinued on December 31, 2024. You will have access until the end of your account end date or December 31, 2024, whichever comes first. If your account reflects an end date after December 31, 2024, your account manager will reach out to you to review options for your account.
You may download data and refresh it as many times as you’d like until your contract end dates. Once you have downloaded the data, you can use it as needed.
Yes, our support teams will still be available to help you troubleshoot or address issues until the product end date. You may reach out to support as you normally would.
Once service for LinkedIn Sales Insights is discontinued, you will no longer be able to access your Sales Insights account. For accounts that end before then, you will no longer be able to sign in the day after your account expiration.
You may continue to maintain the API connection to LinkedIn Sales Insights as long as the pilot is active. We are currently planning to continue collecting feedback and learnings from the API and will allow continued access while we do this.
Credits will expire when your account expires. Please be sure to use your credits before then. If you are unsure about your credits, please reach out to your account manager. If your account reflects an end date after December 31, 2024, your account manager will reach out to you to review options for your account.
Yes, your account manager can work with you to explore opportunities to extend your account until December 31, 2024.
Yes, you may buy additional credits by reaching out to your account manager.
Please take a moment to review your unused credits. If you have credits remaining, we recommend you work with your LinkedIn Account Team to identify opportunities to leverage them. We also recommend setting a reminder to do a final download of data the day before your account ends.

If you need help downloading your accounts or verifying your CRM is syncing properly, please contact your LSI-Consultant to review your data syncing and downloading settings.
Yes. You may purge all imported CRM data at any time by clicking Disconnect and Continue. Data will be deleted within 30 days of disconnect.
