- Admins must install the HubSpot app package.
- If end-users would like to use CRM Embedded Experience features, then install the app package.

- Sales Navigator Advanced Plus edition
- Sales Hub Pro or up license in HubSpot
- You must be an admin in Sales Navigator and in HubSpot
