HubSpot's Smart CRM Integration for Sales Navigator unlocks additional workflows and efficiencies of Sales Navigator, allowing sellers to sell smarter and be more productive. This integration is designed to seamlessly connect HubSpot and Sales Navigator, and infuse real-time, people-powered LinkedIn data directly in HubSpot's Smart CRM.

Also prior to setting up the integration, please consider the following:

  1. Admins must install the HubSpot app package.
  2. If end-users would like to use CRM Embedded Experience features, then install the app package.

Following are the prerequisites for enabling CRM Sync with HubSpot's Smart CRM:

  • Sales Navigator Advanced Plus edition
  • Sales Hub Pro or up license in HubSpot
  • You must be an admin in Sales Navigator and in HubSpot
