As a CRM admin in Sales Navigator, you control who can view opportunity data in your CRM. You can use the Restricted data mode option under CRM settings to restrict viewing opportunity data. By enabling this option, you are making opportunity data visible only to the owner of that data within your CRM. All other users cannot view this information.
By default, the Restricted data mode option is disabled and we recommend that you leave it as disabled as it reduces the quality of information that is available to your sellers.
When you enable this setting, following are the changes that will occur for all users within Sales Navigator:

Opportunity data on all lead pages for users who are not owners is hidden

Opportunity data on all account pages for users who are not owners is hidden

On the account lists page, the Opportunity Date column will not include any information

On an account page, opportunity information that is usually displayed on the right on an account page is not shown

Owners of opportunity data will have to connect to the CRM and authenticate their credentials to view opportunity data.
