You can quickly transfer candidate and applicant profiles from one project to another within LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite. You can save one or more profiles from the search page, Talent Pool tab, or Pipeline tab of any project.
Important to know
Saving profiles to another project does not remove them from the source project.
Here's a tip
Merging projects is not possible in Recruiter. Instead, transfer profiles to a new project and archive the old one if needed.
To save one or more candidate profiles:

Select the checkbox next to each profile or select the checkbox above the list of profiles to select all 25 candidates on the page.

Click Save to another project at the top of the list of candidates.

On the pane that opens, select Create new project or Choose existing project.

(Optional) Select the checkbox next to Go to project after saving.

Click the Save button.
