Enable CRM Embedded Experiences on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

Who can use this feature?

You must be on the Sales Navigator Advanced Plus edition to access CRM Embedded Experiences features.

CRM Embedded Experiences enable sellers to leverage more accurate data and insights to prioritize high-potential accounts, develop key buyer relationships, and uncover hidden allies and timely intel for effective outreach—all without leaving their CRM.

Important to know

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales currently supports only the Find Key People feature.

How do I get access?

If your admin has not done so already, they will need to install the Sales Navigator app for Dynamics to begin leveraging Embedded Experiences. If you already have the app installed, you should see Embedded Experiences within 5 weeks from April 19th.
