Enable automatic logging of InMails and messages to CRM

If you are a Sales Navigator admin, you can now enable a setting that will automatically require all LinkedIn messages and InMails sent via Sales Navigator to be logged to your CRM if CRM Sync is set-up.

Important to know

You can enable automatic logging of InMails and messages to CRM only if you are on Sales Navigator Advanced plus edition and have CRM Sync enabled.

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Admin at the top of the page, then select the Admin Settings tab.

  3. Click on Exported to CRM on the right pane of the screen.

  4. Verify that you have toggled the Log messages and InMails option to Yes.

  5. Select the Mandate Log on all Messages and InMails checkbox to enable automatic logging.
