Troubleshoot errors when syncing HubSpot's Smart CRM with Sales Navigator

If you're receiving a “Failed to establish connection” error while trying to sync your HubSpot’s Smart CRM account to your Sales Navigator account, it could be related to having your LinkedIn Business Manager already synced. 

HubSpot error

HubSpot allows only one connection at this time. However, after the sync is set up with your Sales Navigator account, you can request access to that CRM connection in Business Manager to view your Revenue Attribution Report.

To set up sync with your Sales Navigator account:

  1. Disconnect the CRM sync with Business Manager.

    As an admin in Business Manager, to disconnect the CRM Sync:

    1. Click Settings in Business Manager.
    2. Click CRM Connection.
    3. Click Disconnect.
  2. Enable CRM Sync with HubSpot's Smart CRM and Sales Navigator.

  3. Within Business Manager, request access to a CRM connection.
