When posting a job or editing a job ingested in Recruiter, the Reformat with AI feature helps you update the formatting of your job descriptions to improve readability by bolding headers, adding bullet points, and adjusting spacing. The feature will not change any of the context or meaning of your job description. If inappropriate language is detected, we will not reformat the job description, and you will see a warning message asking you to edit.

1. Click the blue Reformat with AI button to reformat the job description once you have the content of your job description entered.
2. You can select Revert formatting if you would like to go back to your original job description format.
