Download and view content on your mobile device in Learning

All learners can download courses and individual videos on most mobile devices using the LinkedIn Learning app.
Notes:
  • Offline viewing is only available through the mobile app. At this time, videos cannot be downloaded on desktop or laptop devices.
  • To access downloaded content, members must be logged in to their Learning account. The app login is valid for 30 days, after which time the app will prompt members to re-authenticate their account credentials by signing in again.
  • An active subscription is required for offline viewing.
  • Learners who’ve purchased individual courses can download the courses they’ve bought on their mobile devices.

Download a course

To download a course to your mobile device:

  1. On your mobile device, log into the LinkedIn Learning app.

  2. Navigate to the course you want to download.
  3. Tap the Download icon below the course title.
  4. From the pop-up that appears, tap Download (iOS) or DOWNLOAD NOW (Android).

    If you choose to download individual videos, tap the Download icon to the right of each video you'd like to download.

View a course offline

To view downloaded courses offline on your mobile device:

  1. On your mobile device, log into the LinkedIn Learning app.

  2. Tap the My Courses tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. In the Downloaded section, you will find all downloaded courses and videos.

Download an individual video (Android only)

To download an individual video to your Android device:

  1. On your mobile device, log into the LinkedIn Learning app.

  2. Navigate to the course.
  3. Tap the Contents tab located beneath the video player.
  4. Tap the Download icon next to the video you would like to individually download.
