If a learner didn’t receive their original invitation email, you can quickly and easily send a follow-up email.
Important to know

From Learning Management, click People.

From the Users tab, click the License status column filter and select Invited.

Select the user who requires a new invitation email and click Resend invite in the bottom rail.

Select the Default invitation email or a Custom invitation email.
If you select the custom email template, please enter the name of the template you’d like to send.

Click Send in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

From Learning Management, click People.

From the Users tab, select Invited from the License status column filter.

Click the User Details filter icon to select all invited learners among the following groups:
- Admin
- Sub admin
- No admin permissions

Uncheck any users who shouldn’t receive a new welcome email.

Click Resend invite in the bottom rail to send new invitations to all selected users.

Select the Default invitation email or a Custom invitation email.
If you select the custom email template, please enter the name of the template you’d like to send.

Click Send in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
