We're committed to providing the best, most current learning content available, so we occasionally archive content from the Learning library in order to provide more up-to-date and relevant content.
However, we want to ensure continuous access to courses you've curated for your learners or yourself. If a course you're working on, you’ve completed, purchased, or had assigned to you by an Admin is archived, you'll maintain access to the course via your homepage or direct link.
Here's a tip
Retired courses do not appear in search.
Check out these frequently asked questions to learn more about accessing retired courses.
We'll still fully remove courses on occasion, but only for legal or licensing reasons.
You can access archived courses in the following ways:
-
Via the My Learning tabs: In Progress, Saved, Collections, From Your Organization, and/or Learning History.
-
Via direct link: Either from a shared link or from your LMS.
-
Via course interactions: Certificates of Completion, CEU certificates, Notes, and/or Q&A.
Yes, it will!
Unfortunately, no. Retired courses will remain fully removed from the library.
Anyone who has interacted with that course prior to its archiving. This interaction could include:
-
Watching any video
-
Receiving a Certificate of completion.
-
Asking or answering a question
-
Adding a note
-
Having the course assigned to you by an admin
You can. Please continue to view all the videos within the course to receive your Certificate of Completion.
