Quickly View and Print Receipts for Sales Navigator Online

If you purchased your Sales Navigator account online you can view your purchase history and print receipts.

As a purchaser admin in the Sales Navigator Advanced edition, you can view and print receipts for your online individual and team purchases. Also, as a purchase admin on the Sales Navigator Advanced Online edition, you can view and prints receipts from the LinkedIn Admin Center.

Important to know

LinkedIn does not email purchase receipts to users, and we currently don’t provide invoices for online accounts.

To view and print receipts for your Sales Navigator Advanced online edition account:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Admin and then Admin Settings.

  3. From the left rail, click Manage Your Account.

    This action opens LinkedIn Admin Center.

  4. In LinkedIn Admin Center, click Transactions from the left rail.

    You will see a list of receipts tied to the subscriptions you have purchased.

  5. For the transaction receipt that you would like to view or download, click More and select Download receipt.

    After the receipt is downloaded, you will see a success message in the screen. From this message, you can click the PDF to open the receipt in another tab.
