If you don’t have a Sales Navigator Core or Advanced subscription, and you aren’t moving to a managed Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus account, please request a manual data transfer.
For non-single-user transfers, or those not moving to or from a corporate Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus dashboard, a manual data transfer will be required.
To request for a manual data transfer:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click the
icon and choose Chat with Support. -
When asked what you need help with, select Something else.
You will be prompted to answer a few more questions such that the support agent can have adequate information to help you.

When prompted, enter information that you would like to manually transfer data to a corporate Sales Navigator account. Be sure to add the following details to your request:
Company Name - License Transfer Request
My company XXX has purchased a corporate license of Sales Navigator for me and I’d like to transfer the data saved on my personal Sales Navigator to the corporate Sales Navigator license. I’d also like to cancel my personal Sales Navigator account. My authorized company representative who can countersign the form is YYY.
Important to know
Please add the correct email addresses of the authorized company representatives who can countersign the form in your support request. -
LinkedIn Support will respond and send the Transfer Request Form via DocuSign.

Sign the document.
After you sign it, the form will route to the counter signer. After the counter signer has also signed the form, the completed form is routed back to LinkedIn.

After the completed form is received, LinkedIn Support will process the data transfer and cancellation.
Data transfer and cancellation can take up to 24 to 48 hours to complete after which you will receive an email confirming that the data transfer is complete.
