There are limits to the number of InMails you can send in LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS), and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
Important to know
When you send an InMail message to a candidate, you must wait 24 hours before sending another unless they respond sooner. To contact a candidate who hasn't responded yet, start a new InMail thread. You cannot continue the conversation in an existing thread marked as Awaiting reply.
Recruiter users can send up to 1,000 InMails per day, per seat. Each license comes with 150 InMails where additional credits can be purchased if necessary. Additionally, we’ve set a 200 InMail limit for the first week, per newly created seat.
If you exceed 1,000 InMails per day, you’ll receive a notification and you won’t be able to send InMails until the following calendar day. Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is used for calculating a day.
If you exceed the 200 InMail limit per first week, your service will be disabled until the end of the week. At the end of the week, your limit will increase to 1,000 InMail messages per day, per seat. Weeks start Sunday at 00:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Recruiter Lite users can send up to 100 Open Profile InMails per month. If you’d like to engage with more candidates, you can contact our Sales team to learn more about upgrading to LinkedIn Recruiter.
Please note that Open Profile InMails do not count toward your monthly InMail credits. The Open Profile Premium feature allows anyone on LinkedIn to contact a Premium member for free, even if they're not in the sender's network.
