As a user and license management admin, you can update existing users to their work email addresses directly in LinkedIn Admin Center.
Here's a tip
You should know which users have personal email addresses that you’d like to update to their work email addresses. For example, in LinkedIn Admin Center, click Manage users via CSV and select Download all users via CSV. You can then do some filtering in the CSV file to determine which users’ email addresses you’d like to update.
Important to know
To update existing users individually to their work email address:

Sign in to Recruiter.

Click your profile picture at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select Go to LinkedIn Admin Center from the dropdown.

In LinkedIn Admin Center, find the user you want to update either by scrolling or searching.

Click on the user’s name or select the
More icon to the right of the user's name and select View/edit Profile. -
On the employee’s profile page, select the
edit icon next to Employee info. -
Update the user’s email to their work email address and click Save.
Repeat for all users who you’d like to update their email address to their work email address.
