Important to know
To review and manage LinkedIn Learning Enterprise profiles, licenses, and permissions, check out the following frequently-asked questions.
To view a user's Enterprise profile:

Navigate to Learning Management.

Click People.

From the Users tab, locate the user whose Enterprise profile you wish to view, and click on their name.

You will be routed to the user's Enterprise profile, which includes the following:
- The ability to Send Email to user.
- A link to View full LinkedIn profile.
- Employee Info, including Personal and Contact details.
- User details, including all associated Groups, Licenses, and Permissions.
- A button to View full LinkedIn profile.

Navigate to Learning Management.

Click People.

From the Users tab, locate the user whose Enterprise profile you wish to view, and click on their name.

In the Enterprise Profile, next to Employee Info, click
Edit icon. -
In the Edit contact and employee info pop-up window, enter or update relevant details.

Click Save.

A box will appear confirming your successful update.

Navigate to Learning Management.

Click People.
-
From the Users tab, locate the user whose Enterprise profile you wish to view, and click on their name.

In the Enterprise Profile, below User details, click the Groups tab.

From this view, you can:
- View all groups available to the user, across LinkedIn products.
- Click
More to View group details or Remove user from group. - Click
Add to groups to add user to a specific group.

Navigate to Learning Management.

Click People.

From the Users tab, locate the user whose Enterprise profile you wish to view, and click on their name.

In the Enterprise Profile, below User details, click the Licenses tab.

From this view, you can:
- View all licenses available to the user, across LinkedIn products.
- Click Revoke to remove an existing license from the user.
- Click Manage licenses to choose a new license to provide to the user.
To manage user permissions:

Navigate to Learning Management.

Click People.

From the Users tab, locate the user whose Enterprise profile you wish to view, and click on their name.

In the Enterprise Profile, below User details, click the Permissions tab.

From this view, you can:
- View all permissions available to the user, across LinkedIn products.
- Click Edit to change permissions available to user.
For profiles not linked to LinkedIn.com: To update a learner's name on their Enterprise profile:

Navigate to LinkedIn Admin Center Users table and click the name of the user you would like to update.

Click the
Pencil icon next to Employee Info. -
After you update the user's information in the pop-up, click Save.
For profiles linked to LinkedIn.com: To update a user's name in their profile that is linked to their LinkedIn.com account, ask the learner to update their name on their LinkedIn profile by following the steps in this article.
