Your Sales Navigator inbox is where you'll find all your conversations with leads and connections.
To access your Sales Navigator inbox:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click Messaging at the top of your homepage.

Access the Sales Navigator Inbox.
To access your Sales Navigator inbox on iOS:

Open the Sales Navigator mobile app.

Tap Messages in the navigation bar.

You'll then be taken to your list of existing conversations, organized by people.

Tap Search messages & people to search for a specific conversation by person or keyword.

Tap the Filter icon to filter messages by pending, accepted, declined, archived, unread, or sent.
Tap My LinkedIn Messages to go to your LinkedIn inbox, within the LinkedIn app.
To access your Sales Navigator inbox on Android:

Open the Sales Navigator mobile app.

Tap Messages at the bottom right of your home screen.

You'll then be taken to your list of existing conversations, organized by people.

Tap Search messages to search for a specific conversation by person or keyword.

Tap Filter to filter messages by pending, accepted, declined, archived, unread, or sent.
Tap My LinkedIn Messages to go to your LinkedIn inbox, within the LinkedIn app.
Keep in mind that you can send new messages to your existing connections from either Inbox.
