Access and print your receipts

You can access and print receipts for premium billing history in the Purchase History page.

Note: Follow the instructions outlined in the New experience tab to access and print receipts for premium billing history in the Transactions page of LinkedIn Admin Center.

Important to know

LinkedIn can't provide purchase history for your subscriptions through Google. You can check your purchase history via Google order history page.

To view your receipts for Premium subscriptions and job posts from the Settings & Privacy page:

  1. Click the  Me icon in the upper-right corner of your LinkedIn homepage.

  2. Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown. Account preferences is selected, by default.

  3. Scroll down to the Subscriptions and payments section.

  4. Click View purchase history to view a history of your past purchases.

To print receipts in the Purchase History page:

  1. Specify the date range in the Your purchases for field.

    Note: You can choose between the Last 3 months, Year to Date, or Custom Date.

  2. Select the transaction.
  3. Click Print on the receipt.

To edit your receipts in the Purchase History page:

  1. Specify the date range in the Your purchases for field.

    Note: You can choose between the Last 3 months, Year to Date, or Custom Date.

  2. Select the transaction.
  3. Click + Add billing details under the Billed to details.
  4. Enter the updated details in the textbox provided. For example, company name, billing and shipping address, or VAT ID.
  5. Click Save.

Note: For Custom Date, you can view a maximum of one year at a time. You cannot search in excess of that one-year time frame as the purchase history will not display any results. For example, January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022 will yield receipts while January 1, 2022 - February 1, 2023 will not.

Notes:
  • Invoice edits are not supported for purchases made via Alipay.
  • We don’t provide paper receipts.
  • Your purchase history only displays receipts for charges associated with your account.
  • The purchase history on another member’s account can only be accessed by that member.
  • We currently don’t provide invoices for Premium subscriptions.
