Merge your LinkedIn Pages

Last updated: 2 years ago

A LinkedIn Page super admin may want to merge more than one of their Pages for a university or company to strengthen and centralize their brand on LinkedIn with one concise Page.

Before making your merge request, please consider the following:

  • You must be a super admin of the Pages you’d like to merge. If you aren’t a super admin, you can request admin access to the Page.

  • The Pages must be regional, unacquired subsidiaries, divisional, and/or duplicates to be considered for a merge.
  • Understand the results of merging your Pages for a university or company.

  • Connections from your personal profile can’t be migrated to or merged with your Page followers.

Important to know

At LinkedIn, the member experience is our top priority and our policies are designed to protect member trust. We can’t merge Pages for universities into Pages for companies as this would change information provided by a member or modify an action taken by a member in a way that deviates from their original intentions without their expressed acknowledgment or approval.

In some cases, it’s possible to only migrate followers from one Page to another. Migrating followers without merging Pages will leave both Pages active.
