If you have an individual Sales Navigator account and your company has added you to a corporate license, you can transfer data from your individual account to your new corporate seat.
Sales Navigator offers you the following options using which you can transfer data from your individual account to a corporate account:
- Self-serve data transfer – available only for members with a single-user Sales Navigator online subscription, either Core or Advanced edition, who are moving to a corporate Advanced or Advanced Plus subscription.
- Manual data transfer – available for users who don’t have a Sales Navigator Core or Advanced subscription and you aren’t moving to a managed Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus subscription.
Here are some points to keep in mind about data transfers:
- Data transfers take up anywhere between 24 to 48 hours to complete.
- After a data transfer, InMail messages are moved and will appear only in your new account dashboard. You can start a new InMail message thread or continue sending messages on existing threads.
- Usage data is calculated for the transferred user beginning with the date of transfer.
- If you plan to keep your original/individual license, please note that message history will no longer appear in your original license after the transfer is complete.
