As a user and license management admin, you can manage account permissions for all LinkedIn Talent Insights users, including other admins in the LinkedIn Admin Center under User & license management.
Here's a tip
All Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) contracts come with Talent Insights automatically.
Check out these tips to help you resolve issues you might see:
- A Recruiter Professional Services user will automatically have access to LinkedIn Talent Insights. You don’t need to activate an LTI license for these users. Providing multiple LTI permissions can result in issues. To avoid this, ask users to confirm their access to Talent Insights. Grant access to users who don’t have access to Talent Insights.
- If you get the “Something went wrong” error, this is usually from a license that isn’t activated yet. Check your emails for an invitation to Talent Insights.
- If you land on the sales landing page instead of signing into Talent Insights, you might need to activate your license (check your inbox for an invitation) or clear your cache/cookies.
- You can’t reassign an LTI license. It needs to be revoked and then you can assign the license to a new user. We do not transfer data between licenses for Talent Insights.
