You can use message templates that you've created or that your team members have shared to send messages to candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter.
If an admin on your contract turns off automated follow-up messages, all associated templates, including 2-message templates, won't display under Product settings or while composing a message.
To send a message using a template:

On a candidate’s profile, click the Message icon.

Search for your template in the Search for a template… text box and select your template from the dropdown.
Note: Templates that you’ve created appear under My Templates in the dropdown. Templates created and shared by other users on your dashboard appear under Shared Templates.

Make any desired changes to the message and click Send. Click the Cancel icon in the top right corner of the message window to go back without sending your message.
