Sales Navigator is built to integrate seamlessly with your team's daily sales and relationship workflow. Sales Navigator is available both as a viewable embedded profile within your CRM and can also be actively synced with your CRM to move important information like leads and accounts from CRM to Sales Navigator. The sync is also enabled to write back specific Sales Navigator information to your CRM.
You can integrate your CRM with Sales Navigator by:
- Installing the Sales Navigator app package for your CRM
- Adding Embedded Profiles (Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus editions) and Embedded Experiences (Advanced Plus only)
- Enabling CRM Sync and activity writeback (Advanced Plus only)
Here's a tip
The Sales Navigator Embedded Profile for Microsoft Dynamics 2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or HubSpot allows you to view and leverage LinkedIn information and Sales Navigator insights directly within your CRM, where you're already tracking your other sales and relationship activity. We also offer a CRM embedded profile SDK for our partner CRMs.

If you're on an Advanced Plus plan, you can enable a sync between your CRM and Sales Navigator. CRM sync saves time by automatically importing the accounts and contacts that are affiliated to every individual in the CRM. Additionally, you can enable the CRM sync to write-back select data from Sales Navigator to your CRM. However, you can allow CRM sync to import accounts, contacts, and leads into Sales Navigator, without turning on activity write-back.
